Currently

Chair and co-founder of ThingsCon, a non-profit to advocate for a responsible IoT, global community of IoT practitioners, and event platform.

From 2019 to 2021 I'm an industry PhD supervisor for the OpenDoTT research program on responsible IoT. OpenDoTT is an EU-funded joint program by the University of Dundee and Mozilla Foundation.

In 2019 I'm an Edgeryders Fellow, my research focuses on smart city governance.

Working with multiple foundations and think tanks on issues surrounding smart cities, AI, governance, tech policy.

In 2018-19 I was a Mozilla Fellow. During my fellowship I developed a trustmark for IoT together with the ThingsCon network.
